Real time clock
Real time clock (RTC) IC is used in circuits to track time related to the "real" world. Maintaining accurate timing is crucial, especially when the system is under significant pressure or when the main device power is turned off. During these time periods, RTC ICs must provide reliable performance, typically obtaining power from auxiliary batteries or supercapacitors. As expected, for most real-time clock designs, power consumption is important, in addition to precision, reliability, and small package size. Most modern RTCs reduce the required number of pins by supporting serial interfaces. We offer a variety of highly accurate, low-power, small package based real-time clocks based on Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) to meet your solution needs.
